BRATISLAVA (AFX) - Slovakia's trade deficit widened to 7.318 bln koruna in July from 4.825 bln a year earlier, the Slovak Statistics Office said.
In the seven months to July, the trade deficit rose to 52.825 bln koruna from 36.117 bln in the same period a year earlier.
Exports in July rose 22.4 pct to 95.744 bln koruna, while imports grew 24.1 pct to 103.062 bln.
The office also said it revised the June trade deficit to 6.246 bln koruna from 6.685 bln previously stated.
